You will be sharing the flat with me, I work in financial research and will stay in the room next door. There is no living area, kitchen and bathroom are shared with me.

55” high quality TV with bedding etc. all provided.

Females only, someone who is tidy and willing to share the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen.

Rental for <3 months is £1,200 per month.

There is a lock for privacy.

I am a peaceful flatmate who likes to cook, so there is a fully equipped kitchen.

The flat is incredibly safe, clean and newly renovated. Safety is something I value a lot living in London as a female. Feel free to text with any questions, I’ve lived in this neighbourhood for 3 years now.

Wapping station is 3 minute walk, Tower Hill is 20 minutes and the city is 40 minutes.
