Looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy, working profession also. We occasionally have friends over to stay / come round for dinner (maybe like once a month if that? But make sure to give each other a heads up first).
Rent = £870 pcm (paid 20th of each month)
Bills = ~£100 pcm

Shadwell DLR - takes you to Canary Wharf, Lewisham (east) / Tower Hill or Bank station - district and circle line connections
Shadwell Overground - Whitechapel (lizzie line) / Clapham Junction
Looking for someone to move in on August 31st (can be flexible on a couple days either side).
Tenancy itself renews in October.
