Room in a 4-bed flat with double bed, large windows and good clothes storage. Large and well-lit living room, small kitchen with new fridge, separate toilet and shower.

Great central/east location with quiet cobblestoned streets with London's best riverside pubs, and close/well connected to more lively areas of east London

5 min walk to Wapping station (overground - Windrush line) which connects you to all areas of London very well. 10 min walk from Shadwell station (DLR). Sainsbury's local at the end of the street, and a big Waitrose 10 min walk away.

I am moving back to Aus. You would be living with three flatmates (1 kiwi, 2 aussies) in mid-20s, all work full time with 1-2 day's per week WFH. There is a desk in the living room which can be used, but no desk in the room itself.

With busy London lives we are rarely all home at the same time but if we are, we enjoy a good catch up together, hang out in the living area to eat dinner and chat, or go for lido laps/run club/meals out/pints.

Rent is £800 pcm, bills £100 or so in addition

This would be a tenancy transfer onto the existing lease, which runs until April 2026, likely to be able to extend. Aiming to have new tenant approved for start date of 13/10/25.
