Double room in friendly Wapping flat

I’m moving out so a bedroom will be available in our 4-bed Wapping flat! The flat is on the first floor, has a very nice, spacious living room that gets a lot of light, one toilet and one separate shower room. The bedroom is lovely - large, gets lots of light, and has a king-size bed. Comes furnished with a desk, a basic chair, a mirror, drawers, an in-built wardrobe and some storage space. (Better and more current photos to come, but have attached a couple to give you a sense of the space!)

You’ll be living with Katie, Tara, and Lucy — Katie and Tara are recent graduates and Lucy is about to start a MA at KCL. We all get on with our own thing but would like to have a flatmate who would want to occasionally go to the pub :) Rent is £825pcm, and in our experience bills tend to be around £45 a month. You'll be taking over the contract from 11 October 2026, with the possibility of moving in slightly earlier. We have a furnished kitchen and we also have a washing machine and a dryer. The council tax band is C. Two flatmates are liable for council tax and there is one student who is not liable.

We're just a few minutes away from the Wapping Overground station and just over ten minutes to Shadwell station, so we're really ideally located and have excellent links to central London!
