2 double rooms in friendly Wapping flat

Two double bedrooms have become available in our 4-bed Wapping flatshare as two flatmates will be moving out! The flat is on the first floor, has a very nice, spacious living room that gets a lot of light, one toilet and one separate shower room. My flatmate (Kid) and I (Lauren) are both students - I'm doing a PhD in Film Studies, and they're a PPE BA student focusing on philosophy and political economy. We would ideally be looking for other students to live with for council tax exemption purposes, though we're open to living with anyone.

We're good friends and are leftists, are interested in politics, history, and culture, and are into music and film and reading (the usual), and it'd be great if we had flatmates we had interests and values in common with, are clean and tidy, and would want to hang out occasionally - Kid has a great budding collection of war board games - though we're still mostly doing our own thing and are respectful of each other's space at home.

Rent is £825pcm, and in our experience bills tend to be around £45 a month. The contract begins on 11 October 2025, for twelve months, as an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. Both rooms are furnished. Fully furnished kitchen and we also have a washing machine and a dryer.

We're just a few minutes away from the Wapping Overground station and just over ten minutes to Shadwell station, so we're really ideally located and have excellent links to central London.
