Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances our friend has had to drop out of this new lease signing. We're urgently looking for someone to replace him when we move in on the 10th of October.
Flat:
The flat is a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bathroom unit on the first floor. The rooms are all nice and spacious with plenty of room for storage, also coming refurnished with double beds and desks. It's on a quiet street in the heart of Wapping, with a plenty of coffee shops, pubs (most important) and a Sainsbury's near by. It's also a 5-10 min walk to both the Wapping overground station as well as the Shadwell DLR/overground station.
The photos on the ad aren't great (they're from the letting agent) but we have a video from our viewing that I'm happy to share.

You would be living with myself, a 22 year old Irish PhD student at UCL and my friend Eli, a 23 year old masters student at Goldsmiths from NYC. We're both new to London and looking for someone (preferably a student so we can avoid council tax!) whose clean and social. We would love to be able to come home and chill/cook together and occasionally make a trip to the pub.
