The flat

The area

The flat is just 100 metres from the river in the charming Wapping area, known for its historic docks, cobbled streets, and canals- ideal for peaceful walks or runs by the water. Shadwell (Overground/DLR), Limehouse (DLR), and Wapping (Overground) stations are all within 6-8 minutes' walk. Tower Bridge is a 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle, and Canary Wharf is 25 minutes on foot. Getting to the City takes around 15 minutes door to door.

A bit about me

I'm 38, work in IT, and enjoy travelling, theatre, languages, and fitness. If you speak French, that's a bonus-I'm learning! I sometimes work remotely or travel for weekends, so you'll often have the flat to yourself.

The vibe

I'm looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful who values a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. We can arrange a regular cleaner if preferred.

I have a friendly cat, so you'll need to be comfortable around animals.

A note on sharing

I'm a live-in landlord, but after 12 years of flat-sharing I know how to strike the right balance-friendly but respectful of privacy. You're welcome to have friends over or host small get-togethers as long as the flat stays tidy and calm.
