3 Month Sub Let - En suite room

I am looking for someone to take over my en suite room for 3 months from January 2026 - e/o March 2026 while I am away travelling. The flat is a gorgeous and bright 4 bed flat, 5 minutes walk from Wapping Station and you'd be sharing with 3 other boys and 1 other girl (one couple). The price is excluding bills which usually come in around £150 per month which includes energy, water, council tax, broadband, and a cleaner who comes twice a month.

We're a really friendly and social group, we often hang out together in the evenings but we're also all busy people so the flat never feels crowded. The room is spacious with its own bathroom, big windows and lots of natural light. We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly to take the room on. I can be a bit flexible with dates as well so happy to have a conversation about that, but ideally looking for someone to take the room for the full 3 months.

The flat is also about 3 floors up with no lift access. It has a garage /parking underneath the building which we can provide access to.
