Looking for a flatmate to take over a departing flatmate's tenancy from December/January in our lovely 3-bed, 2-bathroom flat in Wapping.
The block is a delightful gated warehouse conversion by the river, with a 24 hour concierge.
The flat is just c. 3 minutes walk from Wapping Station (Zone 2, Windrush line - has weekend night service), which you can get to Canada Water (Jubilee line) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth/District/H&C line) easily from. The flat is also c. 10 minutes walk from Shadwell (DLR). The 100 and D3 buses also run right by the flat which go to the likes of Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf.
The flat is close to a local Sainsburys and some great riverside pubs and local restaurants. You get a great balance of a peaceful area whilst being able to easily commute to the likes of Canary Wharf, Shoreditch/Dalston and Central London.
The room for rent is a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and windows overlooking an inner courtyard meaning there is little noise. The bathroom is shared between two, and the flat has a large living and kitchen area which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridges and freezer.
Looking for working professionals, ideally aged 25-35. While we’re not a party house, we’re hoping to find someone who is sociable & easy-going. No couples, no students.

- Harsha: Age 28, work in climate policy, weekends split between climbing walls, coffee spots, food markets and the occasional live music
Rent is c. £1,085 per month, plus bills, Wi-Fi and council tax which comes to about £150-200 per month. Council tax band G.
