En suite double room E1W near tower bridge

I'm leaving my lovely flat in Wapping to move out with a partner. I share with 1 girl & 1 guy that are warm and chatty.
A bit about the flat:
The room has a lot of storage!
The room is £1070 + 110 for all bills
It's a three story flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a shared living space, attached kitchen with a spacious balcony that looks onto the canal in Wapping.
The flat is located really close to a big Waitrose and about a 10 min walk from tower bridge and Tower Hill station.

What we are looking for:
Preferably a woman or queer person. Someone who is social in communal areas and clean! (We are all too old to still be messy in a shared space 10l). A working professional or freelance worker preferably.
