Spare bedroom in a two bedroom flat in Wapping available from January.

No gender preferences and LGBTQ+ friendly. My partner stays 1-3 times a week and happy for a flatmates partner to do the same.

£1350 all bills included and a cleaner that currently comes bi-weekly but I am happy to up that to weekly.

E1 and a 2-3 minute walk from Tower Bridge.

I am always looking to do work on the place between tenants and so I am hoping to have a new kitchen sink and tap, shower screen and bath tap before August 1st. Since moving in, the doors, door frames, skirting, wiring, washing machine, and kitchen hobs have all been replaced. All the rooms have been painted and other bits and bobs throughout.

I currently have a double Ottoman bed, chest of drawers and t bedside drawers in the spare room but happy to swap anything out if you have your own stuff.
