I’m looking for two like-minded people to join a lovely 3-bedroom house in Wapping. It’s a fantastic central location with an easy commute into the City and great local amenities.

• Wapping Overground: 10-minute walk
• Aldgate East (District/Hammersmith & City): 15-minute walk
• Bank: 30-minute walk / 8-minute cycle
• Bus 100 to Bank in ~20 minutes
• Large Waitrose next door and a small Sainsbury’s nearby

The House
• Large, comfortable living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Private patio (great in summer)
• One shared bathroom between two people
• One ensuite (mine)

The Rooms
• Room 1 – £700 pcm
Smaller room, but ideally located right next to the shared bathroom and opposite the living room
• Room 2 – £750 pcm
Larger room with a big window and lots of natural light

About Me
I’m 24, half Spanish and half English, and work in recruitment in the City. I’m sociable, clean, and easy-going. Big sports fan, especially the gym and basketball, and I enjoy having a friendly, relaxed home environment.

Who I’m Looking For
Two working professionals of a similar age who are clean, respectful, and sociable. Ideally people who enjoy a chat in the evenings but also have their own routines.
