Bright double in 2 bed split level flat in Wapping

Hi! I’m looking for a clean, friendly professional to join me in my bright, split level 2 bed flat in the heart of Wapping. The room is available from 12th April 2026.

The Flat and Your Room
The flat is well maintained and split over two floors, which gives it a great sense of space and privacy. Upstairs, you’ll have a roomy, furnished double with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. One of the best things is that there are two bathrooms, so you’ll have your own private bathroom with no morning queues!

Downstairs is the spacious shared living room, kitchen, and a private balcony. We are tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with the ornamental canals just outside our gate, which is lovely for scenic walks.

About Me
I’m a 31 year old sustainability consultant and I’ve lived here for nearly two years now. I’m tidy and sociable, always happy to chat over a glass of wine or a meal, but I’m very respectful of personal space and downtime too. During the week, you’ll usually find me at the gym, doing yoga, or cooking. On the weekends, I’m typically out at a local pub, trying new restaurants, or heading out of the city to get back to nature.

The Location
Wapping is a hidden gem and a peaceful riverside neighbourhood. It’s a short stroll to St Katharine Docks for waterside dining, and on Saturdays, the Wapping Docklands Market is just around the corner for fresh produce and street food.

For transport, it’s a 15 minute walk to Tower Hill for the District and Circle lines, and only 5 minutes to the Nesham Street bus stop. Wapping Overground is also nearby if you need to get to Shoreditch or Canary Wharf quickly.

For the essentials, Waitrose and Fitness First gym are both just a 5 minute walk away. We’re also moments from the Thames path and some great local pubs like the Prospect of Whitby.

The Details
Rent is £1,160 per month and bills aren’t included, so we’ll just split those 50/50. I’m looking for a fellow professional and a non smoker.
