Social house looking for a third housemate

I’m moving out to live with my partner, so we’re looking for 3rd person to replace me in the house, joining Euan and James. The room is available now, and the move in date is flexible through early March. Earlier move in dates are preferred.

James and Euan are sociable and enjoy hanging out. They’re regulars at the local pub, where we currently play far too much pool (probably) and are looking for a third housemate in a similar vein.

The house is in a great location near Wapping station and is situated just off the river, with the living room overlooking the water. It’s a spacious place with a garden (great for summer BBQs), and there’s a large storage room if you have a bike.

The house is spread across three floors, with the available bedroom on the third floor and a bathroom right next to it. There are three toilets and two showers in total, so no morning queues.
