We aren't an agency, we are 3 friends looking for someone who wants to stick around for a while—someone sociable, respectful, and easygoing to join our lovely home.

You’d be living with three flatmates (Italian, Japanese and Spanish):
• An interior designer working in residential refurbishments
• A waiter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• An editor also working as a waitress

We all get along really well and want someone who’s keen to join the family vibe of the house.

It’s super important for us to keep the respectful and relaxed atmosphere we have—it feels like friends living together, not just strangers renting rooms.

We're all busy professionals, so the house stays quiet, but we do enjoy hanging out in our huge living room when we’re around!

* One full bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, WC)
* One toilet (washbasin and WC)
* Separate, fully equipped kitchen
* Located in E1 with great transport links. We are 6Km again from Trafalgar Square (city centre) and just 2Km away from the City of London (financial district)

The available bedroom comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe and a big mirror. And it's south-facing too.

Couples not allowed.

The flat is a bright, south facing, duplex apartment, really close to the City of London, Liverpool Street Station, Aldgate, and Shoreditch.

Transport connections:
• 1 stop from Bank Station
• 25 mins by Tube to Oxford Street
• 20 mins walk to Aldgate Station (Zone 1)
• 7 mins walk to Shadwell Station (Zone 2)
