Hey! I’m moving out of my lovely house due to moving abroad, so looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy (May-September) ☺️
About the room:
- large furnished double room in shared house
- good sized kitchen
- separate living room
- garden!!
- We also have a loft space that we use for storage and working from home
About the housemates:
You’d be living with Chloe (26), Tom (27) and Peter (28). Everyone is clean, friendly and respectful and enjoy going to the pub, to the gym or for a run and movie/game nights in our spare time!
About you:
Ideally we are looking for a professional aged 24-29. Girls preferred to keep the gender balance, but we could be flexible for the right person
Location:
🚇10 min walk from Wapping station (overground), 13 mins from Shadwell (DLR), 15 mins from Tower Hill (district/circle lines)
🍎There’s a huge Waitrose 5 mins walk away, plus a few small Sainsbury’s close by too
🍻We are less than 10 mins from St Katherine’s Docks (loads of restaurants) and plenty of pubs!
🏃♀️➡️Really close to central London (10 min walk to Tower Bridge, 20 min walk to London Bridge, <30 min walk to Bank) in a safe neighbourhood! Also right by the canals and a 10 min walk from the Thames so a great location for walking/running
Details:
Rent is £1000p/m + bills (£95ish but will probably get cheaper in the summer!)
The contract runs from 12th May until 12th September, but you could move in from 5th (so that week would be free!).
