Lovely double bedroom in Wapping ✨️

Hiii Spareroom people :)
We have a lovely room available in our top-floor flat in Wapping, with amazing city views, a balcony, and lots of storage.
The room is west-facing, so you get beautiful sunset views over the city, including the Shard. It also comes with a double ottoman bed, so there is plenty of extra storage underneath, as well as good storage around the room. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person.
The flat is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with a living room and balcony. From the other side of the flat, you can also see towards Canary Wharf and the basin.
We are a friendly and respectful household: Val, 27, Bulgarian, working professional; Bogdan, 22, Russian, flight attendant/crew member and also studying; and myself, Anna, 32, working professional.

Sadly, our lovely flatmate Te is moving in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for someone new to join us.


We are looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful of the space, and happy to have a chat or a laugh in the evening.
We enjoy spending time together here and there, but we all also have our own independent lives. There is a mix of working from home and working from the office in the flat.
Rent and bills
Rent: £1,200 per month
Included in the rent:

Biweekly cleaner
Additional monthly bills are usually around £150–£180, including:
Water: approx. £52
Electricity: approx. £50–£70 depending on the season
Council tax: approx. £55
We also share Netflix/Amazon Prime in the living room.
The contract would be on a rolling monthly basis, as the landlord is planning to sell the flat in the future.

However, we currently anticipate the room being available for at least 3–6 months, with this being reviewed as things progress.
