Double bedroom available in lovely Wapping flat

One double bedroom available in our 4-bed Wapping flatshare as I am moving out! The flat is on the first floor, has a very nice, spacious living room that gets a lot of light, one toilet and one separate shower room. You’ll be sharing with 3 other post-graduate students (Lauren, Tara, Katie) so students are preferred, but open to anyone.

We are a progressive household and are interested in all sorts of things from politics, history to music, films and literature so it’d be great if we had flatmates with similar interests and values. There may be some occasional hang outs, but generally we mostly do our own things as we are all busy with our degrees and are respectful of each other's space at home.

Rent is £825pcm, and in our experience bills tend to be around £45 a month. It will be a periodic contract starting from 11 August 2026, but the room would be available since around the start of August so move in date is quite flexible! Our landlord also covers the council tax cost. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The room is furnished. We have a furnished kitchen and also a washing machine + a tumble dryer.

We're around five minutes away from the Wapping Overground station and just over ten minutes to Shadwell station, so we're really ideally located and have excellent links to central London.
