Spacious double in relaxed 4-bed, Wapping

Our housemate is sadly moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over his room. It's available from early September, though we can be flexible depending on your circumstances.

The house:

This is a 4-bed house, with a communal open-plan kitchen/lounge with a paved garden and BBQ which is great in summer! The house is an ideal location with amazing transport links into central and East London; nearest tube station is Tower hill which is roughly a 20 min walk away. Or alternatively, you can get the overground (Windrush) from Wapping, which takes approx. 15 mins. St. Katherine's docks is close by which has lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants on the waterfront. The room is a spacious double on the second floor, with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, and you'd share the attached bathroom and shower with just one other housemate.

The details:

Rent: £1,000 per month (not incl. rent)
Bills: approx. £100 per month, plus a share of a cleaner who comes every 3 weeks
Deposit: 5 weeks
Available: early September (flexible)

Who we're looking for:

Ideally a working professional (office-based or hybrid preferred) who's clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. As a house we all get on really well - we have pub trips, cinema outings, and Sunday activities when we're all around - so we'd love someone who's up for joining in, whether that's a catch-up in the kitchen/living room (we've just got a new TV!) or the occasional pint. We also all value our own downtime, so no pressure to be social 24/7. It's a fairly relaxed house, and we're looking for someone who'll fit in easily with that.

The housemate moving out is male (he's off back to uni for his final year), so to keep the house balance we'd prefer a male to take the room :)

Also a bit about me, I'm a 23 yrs old working professional, Outside of work, I enjoy going to the pub and hanging out with friends, and travelling as much as I can. Also a big football fan - pretty much like any sport going, enjoy going to watch games, as well as playing hockey myself in Wapping.
