6-week sublet in Wapping flatshare by the canal

We’re subletting a room in our 3-bedroom house share in Wapping, from 13 September to end of October (with flexibility towards the end).

Rent is £860 per month plus council tax and bills (~£150). The house is spacious, right on the canal and has a little garden space. The area is lovely, right next to St Katherine docks/Tower Bridge, and well connected with plenty of tube stations within walking distance.

A bit about us: we’re two working professionals in our late 20s/early thirties. Michaela is an architect and Cosima works for an energy start-up. We enjoy sharing the occasional flatmate dinner and creating a friendly and relaxed environment at home. We both have friends and family over from time to time but during weekdays the flat is usually quite calm.

We’re looking to find someone to sublet for 6-8 weeks before another friend will join us in early/mid November but are flexible on dates!
