You will be living with a Portugal lady who kept the flat very clean and a British gentleman who is a Banker.

There are two types of bills. Fixed and variable bills. Council tax(40). water (10) and Internet(4)is fixed. that is 54 per month. Gas and electricity is variable. Last calender year whole flat used 600 pounds of electricity and gas. ie Historically it is around 16 pounds per month. therefore total bills per month per person is around 70
