There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby and the flat is only 20 minutes’ walk to Old Spitafields Market, and a further 5 minutes’ walk to Shoreditch. In the opposite direction, you can walk to Borough Market in around 25 minutes.

There is a large Waitrose about 3 mins walk away and plenty of fitness options within 5 mins walk (Fitness First, Better Gym, swimming pool).

The flat is 8 mins walk to Wapping station (Overground), 10 mins walk to Shadwell station (DLR & Overground) and 13 mins to Tower Hill station (Circle and District lines). If walking to work is something you enjoy doing, the City is only a 30-minute walk away, while Canary Wharf is only 40 minutes’ away along the river.
