Lovely double bedroom overlooking the canal located in the heart of Maida Vale / Little Venice. The flat is very spacious and includes a living room, a separated fully equipped kitchen (w/o dishwasher), one bathroom with a bathtub, two bedrooms and a home cinema.
The bedroom comes unfurnished hence will require furnishing. However a split of the cost can be discussed. It is used as a gym for now and the new tenant will also have access to the gym equipment.
The person will have to be a working professional preferably (no student) and will be added to the tenancy agreement. As such a deposit of £1300 will have to be paid to the agency.
The room is available immediately and can be visited with a mask and as long as we maintain social distancing.
