I'm Max, I am English and have been in London for coming up to 2 years. I work full-time for a large tech company as a security engineer and software developer.
My current flatmate is buying his own property, which is why I’m looking for a new flatmate.
I have a spare double room available from 31st July in a beautiful top-floor Victorian flat with spectacular views that overlooks our large private communal gardens. The block itself is immaculate.
The flat is a one-minute walk to Warwick Avenue tube station, with very easy access to central London. It's located in a select, safe and quiet area. It’s also convenient for walking to nearby upmarket shops and restaurants. I've included a photo of some of these. It’s a really sought-after area to live in.
I am looking for a non-smoker professional who is tidy, friendly, considerate and will treat the flat like their home.
The flat too is immaculate. It is part furnished and has a separate shared kitchen, large lounge and bathroom. The kitchen opens onto the balcony, which is a great addition, especially in a hot summer. Being on the top floor means it's very quiet and we have brilliant views.
The double room that's available has plenty of built-in wardrobe storage.
The flat itself is really homely and comfy. It's not a party flat, but rather a nice place to come home to.
I've included photos of our communal gardens as they are such a valuable addition to the flat. A beautiful oasis of quiet. They are secure and only for use by the properties that back onto the gardens and not for use by the public. They are also very big, well-maintained and fantastic to have at hand, especially in the summer. I use them all the time.
All bills are in addition to the rent and are split evenly in half. This is not a sublet and if you are suitable you will be referenced.
