Lovely studio flat close to little venice

This cosy studio is perfectly located for central London.

I am leaving it because I am moving out of the city, but had a great 6 months living here.

The studio comes furnished with a table, a small couch a small kitchen, a spacious wardrobe and a toilet. There is additional storage space for suitcases etc in different areas of the studio.

The bed is upstairs via the small ladder.

The apartment comes with access to an amazing shared garden (2 minutes by foot from the studio).

All bills included (also council tax), but for electricity, which amounts to 40£ per month on average.

The decorations on the walls, books and LPs are of course mine and will be removed for the next tenant.
