Double room available in Maida Vale Flat

Hi :) I’m looking for another flatmate to join me and Ally in a lovely 3 bed flat in Maida Vale/Little Venice area! Start date is flexible and can discuss further.

The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. There are also plenty of spaces in the flat for storage. We also have a decent size living room for everyone to chill and relax after work. There is Tesco, post office and Boots right in front of the flat which is super convenient. Aldi is just a 7mins walk away, also really easy to get to Paddington and Regents Park under 20mins walk.

The landlord is private and living overseas, so no agents involved. No referencing is required but will need to provide bank statement, work contract and previous landlords reference letter. Deposit is one month rent and will be TDS protected. The contract is signed individually between the landlord and each tenant, which will renew every 6 months. All bills and council tax are included, apart from Wi-Fi, which will be spilt between 3 of us for about £10 per month.

A little bit about us:
Mandy - I’m 26 working full time 9-5 during weekdays as a AV engineer, I do 3 days at home and 2 days in the office. I’m pretty chill, enjoy cooking, watching films and series. I also attend dance classes and play tennis, love exploring restaurants and cafe during the weekends.

Ally – I’m a ‘96 baby working full-time as a Financial Recruiter, usually 9–8 on weekdays. I mostly work from home but I’m often out for meetings during the day. Outside of work, I love playing tennis, watching films, going to concerts, and travelling whenever I can.

We are looking for flatmate who is respectful, tidy and value individual personal space. Preferably someone around our age, working full time with similar pattern and lifestyles as us.
