I lived in the property with the current flatmate for 1.5 years and really enjoyed my stay. I am moving out as I will be moving in with my boyfriend soon.
The location of the property is great, you will be 4 minutes walk from Warwick Avenue tube which operates Bakerloo line and between 12 to 15 minutes walk from Paddington depending on the line you want to use (Circle, Hammersmith and City, Elizabeth line, District line or Paddington Railway Station. There are also various buses operating in the area.
The area is beautiful and green, with Little Venice a few minutes away as well as Paddington Recreational Ground about 6 minutes walk away, Hyde Park is also about 25m walk or a short tube ride. You have all amenities, cozy cafes, two Tesco Express nearby and Waitrose about 20m walk or a short tube ride.
