Bright & Beautiful Spare Room in Elegant Maida Val

I am looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in my gorgeous, light-filled corner flat in a red brick mansion block in Maida Vale. It’s on the second floor, has high ceilings, big windows, and a really calm, elegant vibe. Large kitchen, separate dining/living room, and balcony.

The spare room is fully furnished with a small double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a desk, chest of drawers, under-bed storage, and a cupboard. There is also a hallway cupboard just outside the room which would be exclusively yours - ideal for bigger winter coats and any extra bits. There is a shared bathroom that sits between my bedroom and yours.

Rent is £1,400/month (all bills included) and the room is available from 19th December. Minimum stay would be 3 months (but ideally longer).

A little about myself: By day I go as a professional lawyer lady (30 years old) and in my spare time I delight in cooking, playing squash, upholstering, home interiors and generally indulging in the joyous upgrade of my flat! In the week I will mostly be working in the office with the occasional WFH day.

I’m tidy, friendly and looking for someone who is seeking a homely atmosphere and is similarly considerate, tidy and lovely!
