I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in this excellent Little Venice flat. I’ve lived here for four years and love the spot. It’s a 15-minute bike into Soho, Hyde Park, or Hampstead Heath. Perfectly situated between Paddington (Liz Line/Bakerloo), Warwick Avenue, and Edgware Road, right on the beautiful St Mary’s Terrace by the canal.
There's also a beautiful balcony at the front of the building which gets great sun all day. Ideal for kicking back at the end of the day.
Sun room (£975): A beautiful, bright double room at the front of the house that gets amazing morning sun.
(There is a second flatmate in the middle room and I’m in the third room at the back).
The details:
Total Rent: £2,700 (your split as above).
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent (approx £1,125).
Availability: From late May/early June
Contract: We will be on a joint tenancy. I’m currently negotiating a monthly rolling option for flexibility, but expect a standard professional setup.
About me: I'm a freelance reporter, have lived in London for years and love Little Venice. I work hard, and spend plenty of my spare time on Hampstead Heath!
