🏠 The Flat
We share a comfortable living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is calm, clean and well looked after. We take a little pride in keeping it this way, and we’d love someone who feels the same. One thing worth flagging: the room doesn’t have a desk, and the living room isn’t really set up as a workspace. It may not be the best fit if you primarily work from home.

We’re two working professionals in our 30s and we get on well. We’ll happily share a meal, chat about our day over a bottle of wine, or head to the local pub but we also know when to give each other space. No awkward silences, no passive-aggressive washing up notes. Just two fairly normal people trying to make a home feel like home.
💛 Who We’re Looking For
Honestly? Someone who just fits. You don’t need to be our best friend, but we’d love it if you were the kind of person who says hello in the hallway, keeps the communal areas clean, and brings good energy to the flat.
You’re someone with your own social life, adventures outside the flat but values a peaceful home to come back to. Guests are totally welcome, we just ask that it doesn’t become a revolving door.
