Buddy Up – Beautiful 2-Bed Flat in Westbourne Park

Hi! I’m looking for one person to buddy up with me for a lovely 2-bedroom flat I’ve found in Westbourne Park, right by Notting Hill and the Grand Union Canal.

The flat is £2,800 pcm in total, so approximately £1,400 each, excluding bills.

It’s a bright, furnished second-floor flat with two double bedrooms, a spacious living/reception room, a separate kitchen and, best of all, a private roof terrace. The whole flat is around 625 sq ft, so there is proper shared living space rather than just two bedrooms squeezed into a small flat.

The location is great: Westbourne Park station is around 0.3 miles away, with Portobello Road, Notting Hill, Maida Vale and Little Venice all nearby. It’s a really nice part of West London with plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and green spaces, while still feeling residential.

A little about me: I’m 36, work full-time in Sales Enablement in London, and I’m looking for someone around a similar stage of life who wants a home rather than a party flat. I’m sociable and would love to live with someone I can occasionally have dinner, a glass of wine or a chat with, while also respecting each other’s independence and space.

I have a small, well-behaved dog, Khvicha, and importantly the landlord has already confirmed that the dog is welcome.
