Single Room To Rent In W2

We’re looking for an (ideally) female non-smoker to share a flat with a single room with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Furniture (including a mini fridge/freezer) is included. There's also a garden!

We both have full time jobs which keep us busy and so would appreciate someone who respects that, having said that we really enjoy a good conversation and sharing a meal with the people we're living with when we're together. We're also incredibly clean and quite neat and so looking for someone who will keep communal areas really clean as well.

The flat is very well located and close to several tube stations including Royal Oak, Paddington, Bayswater, Queensway and Warwick Avenue and is also 2 minutes walk to bus stops for the numbers 6, 7, 18, 23, 27, 36, 46, 414 and more. There is also a large garden which backs out onto a park.
