The apartment is split over two levels, on the first and second floors (not ground floor), with the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilets upstairs.

Downstairs is the kitchen, the living room and the dining area. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. We have a fortnightly cleaner.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed and lots of storage and with a large window allowing plenty of light.

Great location as it is close to multiple tube stations: less than 5 minutes walk to Warwick Avenue and Paddington.

The existing flatmates work full-time, are easy going, friendly and clean.
We are looking for a young professional to move in. No couples please.

The rent is £825/pmc excluding bills which are on average £100 per month.
Bills includes cleaner, tv, internet, gas, electricity, council tax and water.

We deal directly with the landlord (no agency).
