Incredible well located, its a 4 bedrooms flat in zone 1, walking distance from Westminster, Covent Garden, Aldwych, Holborn; River Thames and its Southbank attractions - London Eye, Museums, restaurants and National Theatre - as well as lots of UNIs as KCL, LSE and many more.

With one person per room, four people is the total occupying flatshare at all times. You will deal directly with a good and professional private landlord - no agencies involved - very proud of taking good care of tenants and properties.

Each room comes with:

- Double bed
- large desk + hair/s
- wardrobe with mirrors

Price advertised includes internet bill only.
Council Tax band is "B".

- New fridge/freezer,
- New washing machine,
- Microwave and kettle

These are rooms you can call home, with friendly and very nice and good professionals young flatmates. Proper contracts and deposit protection is a must, and price advertised is for single occupancy with 6 months contract.

Various supermarkets around corner. Also a large selection of restaurants and pubs with stunning views. River is at a 7 min. walk, same the National Theatre and museums. Old Vic theatre just around the corner. New full modern gym opened 1 min. walk from flat and all amenities you can imagine in this very central location, are at walking distance.
