Artist/Writer's place, central Waterloo

I cook a lot and make bread, curry etc... I'm big on cooking

No shared area but very cosy and good energy in the place. Overlooking the London Eye, a few mins from the river, the stations (there are five!)

I'm here... old, slow, boring and a photography professional into dad rock and painting.
Looking for someone clean, respectful, calm and happy with 'kitchen catch ups' in the evenings.

Waterloo's very cool now, there's so much to see and do here.
The close is very safe, enclosed in a tidy little pocket of the Waterloo Quarter.
Surrounded by tube and mainline stations, plus you can be anywhere in London in minutes from this location.
