I am offering my tenancy contract until mid-June (can be extended) at Urbanest Westminster since I want to move to a friend of mine.
The room is an en-suite room with a shared and tidy kitchen on the 6th floor. Your future flatmates are gorgeous!
It comes with underfloor heating and is fully furnished with lots of storage space available. Really nice is that you have your own private bathroom with a nice shower.

Location is brilliant. Situated just by the Thames, so it's nice for a walk and in walking distance to LSE, King's College etc.
Public transport is just around the corner e. g. Waterloo Station / Lambeth North & many bus stops.
Absolute highlight is the upper floor with rooftop terrace, lounging area, ping pong, and soon again their pool, gym, and sauna.
