We are a Spanish couple looking to rent 2 rooms in Central London. I work in an office close to the flat (WFH at the moment) and my girlfriend is a teacher at a nursery!
With walking distance from Waterloo, Southwark, Lambeth North and Borough stations, the location and price couldn't be better.. Very well connected and also walking distance from Covent Garden and Leicester Square in Central London. Nice shared living room and common areas kept tidy (kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway). Dishwasher, Dryer and Washing machine included.
Single room, including wardrobe, desk and chair :)
Bills are around 300£ per month, divided by the number of tenants.
The deposit is safe guarded by a government scheme. The landlord will ask for references and document details before signing the contract.
