Very Spacious room in a flat in Waterloo

A very spacious room , (10 feet by 15 geet) with a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom available in a 2 bed-room flat in Whitehouse Apartments near Waterloo station. The flat is a 2 bedroom flat (both bedrooms en-suite), and there is an extra cloak room as well. The living room is also very spacious (15 by 18 feet). KCL (Strand campus is a 8 to 10 minutes walk away; LSE (Houghton Street campus) is 10 to 12 minutes walk away. I will be studying at Imperial College next year. The commute to Imperial College will be (20 to 25 minutes from the flat; 5 minutes walk to Embankment Underground Station, and then a ten minute tube journey to South Kensington).

I am looking for a female flatmate, preferably a student in either KCL, LSE or Imperial. The flat will also suit a professional working in the city. The total commute time from the flat to Bank Underground is 20 minutes. Waterloo station is a five minutes walk from the flat, and the Waterloo& City line is a 10 to 15 journey to Bank Station.

The room is very spacious; and all amenities are a few minutes’ walk away. Southbank is at the doorsteps too.

The building has a Concierge. There is also a gym and swimming pool, and a terrace garden, in the building to which you will have access.
