It’s located on a quiet street facing a small hidden park but there are loads of bars, restaurants, convenience stores, etc.. just on the other side of the street so you really get the best of both worlds here. This room in particular has a view of the park and gets loads of sunlight through the day. Perfect for a working professional looking to get the best out of living close to the city!

* 3 mins walk from Waterloo station (Jubilee, Bakerloo, Northern, National Rail) and Southwark station (Jubilee)
* 1 min walk to the nearest Sainsbury’s (or less if you have long strides ;))
* 2 Sainsbury’s, 2 Tesco’s, 1 Iceland, 1 Waitrose, 1 M&S within 10 mins walking distance from the flat
* 5 mins walk to PureGym
* 15 mins walk to the London Eye and the Westminster Palace
* 15 mins tube ride to Piccaddily Circus, Soho, etc…

About me:

I mostly spend my time outside of work meeting people, at the gym, exploring the city, trying out new restaurants, etc… I’m clean and organised so I’m looking for a flatmate that’s the same with our shared spaces. Ideally looking for someone who is also sociable and would like to grab a drink or two on the weekends and spend chilled evenings at home with.
