Room with A View Southbank

This room is suitable for a male mature student 28+ years old. Preferably a gay person because we are gay and we'd prefer to share our home with like minded persons. Anyone living with us would be our lodger.

Please note, outside shoes must not be worn inside the apartment, only indoor slippers or flipflops should be worn indoors. The room is for single occupation at all times.
The gas and electricity bills are included in the rent, as well as fast broadband and the council tax. There's no smoking in the apartment including vape or electronic cigarettes.
