Zone 1, Waterloo Jan-February

I am subleting for a month January till February (dates can be a bit flexible as well )

The room is big, we have a nice living room where everyone can use it, and a nice balcony.
The room has a double bed, desk, sofa. I usually study in my desk and work out.
My flatmates are amazing and very easy going and chill.
Ideally we're looking for someone quiet, respectful. The other flatmates working full time and spend quite a lot time in their rooms as well.
We are 5 minutes to Lambeth North station and Waterloo, 10 minutes to Southwark. We can walk to Southbank and London Eye ( we can also see the London Eye from our balcony).
I believe it's an amazing central place and I walk and cycle everywhere around.
