Hey there! It's Lin 😊. My flatmate Viveque and I are excited to welcome a new member to our cozy 3-bedroom flat nestled in the vibrant heart of Waterloo.

Having called this place home for 2 years, we couldn't have chosen a more perfect spot, and we're fortunate enough to have a super responsive landlord.

Situated on a peaceful, tree-canopied street, you'll also find yourself a stone's throw away from bustling pubs, bars, supermarkets, diverse restaurants, and virtually anything.

Bask in the warmth of the south-facing master bedroom, awash with bright, natural light. Our communal kitchen and living space is where we gather for dinners, house parties, or even just a Sunday F1 sesh (Max fans unwelcome 😉).

While the rent is exclusive of bills, it averages to about £130/month, with variations depending on the season.

Unfortunately due to high demand we’re focusing on single occupants right now. If you’re a couple it’ll take a bit longer for us to get back to you!

For peace of mind, our landlord requires reference checks. Alternatively, there's usually an option to pay 6 months' rent upfront.
