Hi there, I’m looking for a new tenant for my double room in Waterloo/South Bank.

The room comes with a king sized bed, a wardrobe, a big drawer and a clothes rail. It is perfect for students and professionals. The area is quiet and safe. The flat is located just 5 mins away from the Waterloo station, with four underground lines, national railservices and buses.
Southbank is just around the corner with the famous IMAX BFI cinema, Tate Modern, Southbank Pier, Restaurants, Theatres and Pubs.
The room is also perfect for students since it’s close to Kings College, as well as other colleges. Stores such as Sainsburys, Tesco or Coop are also just around the corner.
You will share the apartment with 2 lovely girls. You would be sharing a fully equipped kitchen, where our washing machine can be found, a living room, a bathroom (with a tub) and a toilet.
