Reason for sharing: roommate moving out, need a replacement
When available: 7th July (the lease contract comes to an end in September – may be option to stay another year if the contract can be extended)

- Near 4 tube stations, max 15 minutes walk (Lambeth North – 5 mins, Waterloo – 10 mins, Elephant and Castle – 15 mins, Southwark – 15 mins)
- Lots of bus stops around
- Near multiple local supermarkets (Sainsbury’s locals, Tesco, M&S)
- 10 minute walk to Southbank
- 25 minute walk to Covent Garden

About the house:
- 4 bedroom, all upstairs
- 1 bathroom, also upstairs
- 1 downstairs toilet
- Complete kitchen with kitchen table
- Lovely shared living room
- Garden
- One of the two largest bedrooms in the house up for grabs
- Some items in the bedroom belong to the roommate leaving (inc. wooden rail, desk – please see pictures) so please check what will be staying

About the cost:
- 915 GBP for the bedroom paid monthly
- 1220.47 GBP deposit
- Spare room wouldn’t let me input it correctly, this is these are the correct amounts
- Council tax band: D

Requirements
- 1 girl only
- Ideally young professional/masters student and speaks English
- Looking for someone clean, respectful of personal space, and is considerate of other people’s schedules and routine
- Background check will be done by the property managers (Dexters)
