Hi guys,
We are looking for a new flatmate to join our tenancy agreement starting 13 July.
We are based right in the heart of London (basically behind the London Eye!) - so if you are looking for central you cannot get better than this!! It is surprisingly quiet though so you won’t hear much at night.
We are less than a 5-minute walk to Waterloo Station and about a 10-minute walk across the bridge to Westminster Station.
The available room is a master double bedroom that comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and standing desk. It also has a large ensuite with a bathtub.
Please note, that we have no lounge room/communal area.
The building itself has amazing facilities with access to a gym, pool, sauna and steam room!
The ideal tenant will be:
• A working professional
• Single (we are not able to have couples sorry!)
• Doesn't work from home
• Quiet and respectful
• Tidy and clean
• Independent and prefers to spend time outside the flat
• Mature and low maintenance
The total cost works out to be about £1,200 total per month. This breaks down to be:
• £870 for the room (please note, this price is based on this year’s contract and could increase slightly with renewal)
• £10 for internet
• About £100 for Council Tax
• An our electricity currently around £60 but can go up to about £110 in winter
You will need to pay a deposit of £1,200 (1 and a half months rent) to secure the room. This will not be refundable if you decide to change your mind and/or do not pass referencing.
Viewings will be held on the 19th and 20th of June with the expectation to make an offer to someone over that weekend. Once the deposit has been paid, referencing can hopefully then commence the week starting 24th June. The move-in date will be from the 13th of July – which is also the same date our rent is due, so please note there will be another payment needed of £870 to cover that month's rent.
