Double Bedroom in Central Waterloo

Hi everyone, we’re looking for someone to join our 3 bed flat with 2 gay men in their 20s. I’m not the landlord but am trying to find someone to replace my current flatmate for the landlord/letting agent.

Rent: The rent is £965pcm including bills. Deposit is also £965. There are references checking your current employer and salary, and also a reference from your previous landlord

Tenancy:
The initial tenancy is 12 months let. (I have extended my contract twice since moving in so there is scope for extending this further than 12 months).

Location: The flat is based in the very centre of Waterloo, based at the top of Lower Marsh. Waterloo Station and Lambeth North Underground are both within a 5 minute walk. Southbank is super close by, with lots of shops, restaurants etc! All the transport links are great!

The flat:
The flat has 3 bedrooms, but sadly has no communal living room. The bathroom and toilet are seperate. The kitchen is on the smaller size, but has room for us all to have seperate cupboard space. There is also a washing machine (no tumble dryer) in the kitchen.

The flat is based on the 3rd floor with no lift.

The Room:
The room is a fairly average double room size (approx 2.4m x 3.9m) and comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a large window that oversees a small courtyard area so lots of natural light

About us :
Currently living here is myself (Joe)a 23yo gay guy and Jad (25yo gay guy). We both work fully in person, myself as an events manager and Jad as a forensic practitioner. This means that both of us are mainly only in the flats during evenings and weekends!

We both really get a long and are looking for someone to join our cute lil flat. We are both quite social, but also due to lack of communal space, also are quite happy spending time alone.
