I am very sad to be leaving this lovely flat in such an amazing location, but it does mean this could be your next home!

To be honest upfront, the landlord is selling the flat and there is no guarantee that the buyer will want to keep the tenants in place, so it's very possible that this room will only be available for 3 to 6 months, depending on how long it takes to sell. If you're looking for somewhere long term, this probably isn't for you but if you need somewhere for a few months then it could be perfect,

The flat has 3 bedrooms, with a good sized living room and a small but perfectly formed kitchen and bathroom. The flat is on the second floor with no lift, so you'd need to be able to climb the stairs.

The current flatmates Reana and Caoimhe are professionals who both work out of the house every day. They would like their new flatmate to be similar, so no working from home and no students.

The landlord is private and decent, very responsive. Bills come to around £120 a month. Council band C.
