Bright double room available in a houseshare

Hello, our flatmate is moving out and we’re looking for a professional to join our house share from the 26th of January with some flexibility on the move in date.

It is a nice and bright double room that comes with a double bed and bedside table, there is also a wardrobe that can either be removed or left in the room depending on what you are looking for. The flat has a shared large living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

The rent is £810 excluding bills which come up to around £160 (council tax, gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi).

You’ll be living with Evangelia, a 26-year-old PhD student and Virginia, a 27-year-old professional working at a creative agency. We enjoy grabbing a coffee together or cozy evenings in watching a film, but we also each lead our own lives and so enjoy doing our own thing.

We’re looking for someone clean and tidy who ideally would only work from home no more than 2 days a week.
