3rd Flatmate Wanted – Waterloo 15 October

We've got a double room to rent in Waterloo (5 minutes or less away from both Waterloo and Lambeth North stations) for £800 a month (~£950 a month if you include bills)

The room's available no later than 15th October 2024 and you'll need to want to stay long term.

The flat comes with two brilliant flatmates,

Our current third flatmate is moving out after 4 years (!) because his best friend needed a flatmate (and after 4 years he naturally needed a change too)

We keep a homely flat and work from home about once or twice a week. Ideally you'll do the same.
