Double Room with Houseshare in Waterloo

Looking for a housemate (no students) to take my current roommate's room when they leave in October. Rent is 1050pm and after bills it comes to around 1200. The room will come unfurnished.

2 double bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet, shared kitchen, living room and a nice balcony. The property has two floors and is up in an apartment complex.
We are very close to Waterloo and Lambeth North stations, various central bus routes, lots of grocery shops, and a lovely park. The London Eye is viewable from the balcony and less than a ten minute walk!

I am 23 and work in theatre, and lead a very independent lifestyle. I enjoy baking, video games, and jigsaw puzzles!
