Bright Double Room - 2 mins from Waterloo station!

Hello, I am moving out of my wonderful room in Waterloo. We're looking for someone to join our house share from the 1st of October (flexible on this).

It is a nice and bright double room that comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat has a (very) large shared living room with balcony, separate kitchen area, bathroom and separate toilet. The house/flat are suitable for home-working (I tend to do 3 days in the office, 2 from home).

The rent is £913 excluding bills which come up to around £130 (council tax, gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi).

You’ll be living with Luke, a 24 year old consultant, and Kai, a 26-year-old trainee teacher. I couldn't have asked for better housemates in my time here in Waterloo. They're super easy to live with, clean and good fun at the pub. But we also have each lead our own lives and so enjoy doing our own thing.

I'm looking for my replacement to be someone who is clean and tidy and good company too.
